Summer Advantage is a four-week seven-credit mini-semester that will provide your son or daughter an opportunity to acclimate to college life at a slower pace and in a more personal manner than what they might experience during the fall semester.

Your student will face some adjustments during their first weeks of college. Our Summer Advantage staff members provide a support system for them during this time away from home. They are available to assist your student in making the first month of college a productive, gradual learning process. We provide assistance with textbook purchases, accompany your student to class on the first day and help them get acquainted with the entire WSU campus. In the past years, Summer Advantage students and staff have shared dinner time together, providing a great opportunity to develop lifelong friendships. Why not have your son or daughter spend four weeks with us, starting their college career off on the right foot.
