Fees and Payments

Payment Responsibilities

WSU is no longer mailing billing statements for tuition and fees. That information is readily available to all students on-line, 24 hours a day, seven days a week at my WSU portal, www.my.wsu.edu. It is imperative that you communicate your account information timely with your parents or any other party who may be making payments on your behalf. Federal law prohibits WSU from discussing student account information with anyone without written permission from the student. Contact Student Accounts for more information at (509) 335-9651. It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of fee amounts and payment deadlines and to pay accordingly. Account balances can be determined on-line through www.my.wsu.edu, or by checking with Student Accounts (342 French Administration Building).  For disenrollment for non-payment please see the Disenrollment Policy
